The Role
This position will be assisting the VP, Leasing to maximise revenue and occupancy for the assigned industrial properties in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities
- Formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within Mapletree Industrial Trust portfolio in Singapore.
- Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
- Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
- Managing tenancy related issues and compiling leasing progress reports
- Carrying out substantive business development work to secure new tenancies prospects; identify market segments and provide lease management support.
- Support the Team Manager in preparing annual rental budget, rental forecast as well as monthly management reporting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business, Marketing.
- At least 5 to 6 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing in the same industry.
- Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.
- Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.
- Candidates who are registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possess qualifications equivalent to Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination will have added advantage.
