Job Responsibilities

 

  • To support the team in all marketing technology projects and on the implementation of assigned tasks
  • To support project development by carrying out testing, training and deployment planning prior to project roll-out
  • To coordinate closely with the internal and external teams on the implementation of assigned projects
  • To work closely with vendors on projects assigned


Mall’s Loyalty Programme

  • To support and assist the team in growing the mall’s loyalty programme to improve competitiveness and shopper experience in the mall
  • To assist the team in execution of any enhancements to the mall’s loyalty programme and/or relateddigital platforms and systems to increase automation and improve work efficiency
  • To assist the team on post campaign analysis after enhancements are completed to measure return on investment and effectiveness of enhancements done
  • To upkeep any loyalty programme databases to ensure accuracy of shopper’s and tenant’s data at all times
  • To support the team in analysis of mall loyalty programme data and/or competitor analysis to improve the existing loyalty programme
  • To support in any troubleshooting enquiries


Other Marketing Technology Projects

  • To support the team in any digitization projects initiatives
  • To conduct market research on competitors and marketing technology trends
  • To undertake any other roles or projects when requested by line managers either on a temporary or permanent basis


​​​​​​​Administrative/Process & Compliance

  • Support the team in administrative and vendor payment processing matters
  • Responsible in ensuring that all related workflow and processes are in compliance to internal and regulatory requirements compliance (e.g. PDPA, reports etc)
  • Maintain proper administration of paper work, and ensure adherence to SOP at all times

Job Requirements

 

  • Possess a Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business, or its equivalent with relevant experience in running digital-based loyalty programmes for malls and project management in technology-led marketing projects as well as have interest in handling new media cross-platform development.
  • Knowledge in CRM & programming language is an advantage.
  • Process-orientated, able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player, creative, meticulous, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication/presentation skills.
  • Possess pro-activeness and desire for more knowledge with a positive attitude, and, ability to multi-task as well as work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work through a project from planning to launch and have a willingness to learn new software and systems.
