Executive, Asset Management (Europe Commercial) (Based in Singapore)

The Role

This position will support the asset management team in formulating and execute asset management strategies and plans for the real estate portfolio, including marketing strategies to optimise income and realise the highest value of our assets.

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with onshore fund manager and asset management teams on fund and portfolio management matters for the commercial assets in United Kingdom and Europe. These would include reporting, budgeting and forecasting, asset management planning and strategizing to optimise portfolio income and realise the highest value of our assets.
• Assist with asset level and portfolio level financial modelling.
• Work closely with both internal stakeholders across various functions and external consultants to meet business and operational needs.
• Manage market intelligence, collate and analyse global market / industry information.
• May be tasked to work on acquisitions and fund syndications from an end-to-end perspective (including research, evaluation of opportunities, structuring, financial analysis and deal execution).

Job Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance or its equivalent
• A least 1 year of relevant experience in real estate asset management and investment. Those without working experience are welcome to apply. 
• Resourceful, while possessing good business and financial acumen. Has an analytical mind and proficiency in financial modeling. While not a perquisite, modeling experience with Argus Enterprise will be advantageous. 
• Team player with good initiative while being able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Overseas travelling may be required for this role.
