Executive, Data Management & Analytics (6-Months Contract) (Based in Singapore)

The Role

This position is part of the data management and analytics team responsible for creating and maintaining data integrity across the company's main SAP master data systems and other related data systems.  

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain (Create/Change) SAP master data in production and quality systems.
• Ensure all system updates are supported, approved and processed within pre-defined timeline.
• Deal with queries and process requests related to master data in a timely manner.
• Monitoring of scheduled jobs to ensure SAP master data changes are updated successfully.
• Support incident requests related to master data.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Business, Finance, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Able to read/write Chinese language to translate the data from China team. 
• At least 1-2 years working experience in a similar industry or related area.
• Some experience in SAP or related technology and/or interest in data management systems 
• Attention to detail, Independent, organized, diligent, and meticulous team player preferred.
