Executive, Finance, Logistics (12-Month Contract), (Based in Singapore)

The Role

 

This position will be supporting the supervisor in the assigned team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely closing of full set of accounts, including preparation of schedules and management reports, variance analysis of accounts, bank reconciliation, cash flow projection on monthly basis. 
  • Check and ensure all transactions are properly recorded and supported in accounting system and file on timely manner
  • Assist in preparation of tax computation, quarterly GST return and MAS reporting
  • Ensure that all financial records are in compliance with respective local regulatory requirements, internal control requirements, as well as finance policies and procedures
  • Liaise with overseas finance team, inter-department, auditors, and external parties when required
  • Other ad-hoc assignments when required.

Job Requirements

 

  • Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in real estate industry.
  • Well-versed in SFRS, Companies Act and other accounting regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office particularly MS Excel.
  • Experience with SAP system and/or real estate knowledge will have an added advantage.
  • Meticulous, analytical independent, a good team player and possess good communication skills as well as the ability to deliver quality work within stipulated timeline.
  • Candidates with prior working experience in REITs or public listed companies will have an added advantage.
