Executive, Human Resource (Talent Acquisition) (Based in Singapore)
The Role
This position will partner various stakeholders to support the business’ talent requirements within the Group with the objective of building a strong current and future talent pipeline.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct the recruitment and selection processes which will include managing sourcing avenues, managing job advertisements, screening, interviewing and recruiting candidates, and developing a network of recruitment vendors.
- Assist in developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
- Drive recruitment related projects and initiatives, creating reports on key recruitment metrics, and recruitment related research work.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and improve candidate experience to ensure we attract and engage a diverse set of qualified talents.
Job Requirements
- Degree majoring in Human Resource or Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of proven talent acquisition experience.
- Experience in regional in-house recruitment and/or Real Estate industry preferred.
- Creative, resourceful, great interpersonal skills, and excellent communicator.
