Finance Executive (AR & GL), Finance, MPACTM

The Role

This position will be responsible for the full spectrum of AR and GL for the assigned portfolio in accordance with statutory requirements, company policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for reviewing and involved in full spectrum of the Accounts Receivables (AR) and/or General Ledger (GL) functions for portfolio of properties.
• Responsible for timely preparation and accurate reporting of financial matters such as management reports, financial statements, analysis of results, budgeting and forecasting, Corporate tax and GST reporting, audit schedules intercompany reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance of standard operating policies.
• Other ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or its equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant hands-on AR and GL experience.
• Good knowledge of FRS and Companies Act.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Experience with SAP system and/or real estate knowledge would be advantageous.
• Responsible, meticulous, analytical, organised and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
