The intern will be part of the Mapletree Internship Programme and will be expected to work full-time from July - December 2025 under the HR Talent Management team. 

 

Job Responsibilities:
1.    Employee Engagement Survey
•    Assist in designing, testing, deploying, and analyzing Employee Engagement related survey(s) to gauge employee sentiment.  
•    Supports compilation of survey insights into actionable reports.  
•    Track engagement trends and recommend follow-up initiatives based on feedback.  
2.    Employee Engagement Programs & Wellness Events
•    Conduct market research on employee wellness platforms and engagement apps
•    Assist in pilot testing and evaluation of potential wellness technologies
•    Support wellness app integration, planning and execution of engagement initiatives 
•    Assist in managing digital platforms (e.g., newsletters, intranet) to enhance employee connectivity.  
3.    Early Talent & Campus Engagement
•    Assist in organizing and executing campus branding and engagement initiatives
•    Contribute to internship program coordination and onboarding  
4.    Talent Development Research
•    Conduct research on development initiatives for talent pipeline. 
•    Benchmark industry best practices for leadership development programs
5.    Process Efficiency & Automation
•    Identify opportunities to automate wellness program and other administrative tasks (e.g., event invites, onboarding workflows, data reporting).   

 

Job Requirements
•    Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resource Management, Business Administration/Management, or equivalent.
•    Demonstrated interest in talent management and/or employee engagement functions.
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•    Ability to work independently, proactively, and as part of a team.
•    Proficiency with Microsoft office and data skills are a plus.
