Intern, Portfolio Management

The candidate will assist the Europe portfolio management team in the management / reporting of existing private funds with logistics and commercial assets in Europe.

Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with onshore portfolio and asset management teams on fund and portfolio management matters
- Conduct market research, collate and analyse global market / industry information
- Support in managing internal and external reports, maintenance of financial reports and asset management planning
- Assist with asset level and portfolio level financial modelling

Job Requirements:
Undergraduate in Real Estate / Finance or other related
Resourceful and analytical
Possess the ability to conduct market research, analyse market trends
Proficiency in financial modelling.
Genuine interest in the real estate industry
