The Role
Intern, Property Management (Policy & Compliance)
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the team to work on Facilities Management projects for ongoing improvements on
- Facility Management Software/System (requirements gathering/POC)
- I-auditor
- Conduct site surveys and interviews with relevant stakeholders for gathering of requirements.
- Data preparation, entry and analysis for management reporting.
- Facilitate trials and Proof of Concepts.
- Assist the team to conduct market study, design and facilitate group initiatives, and work on proposals/presentations.
- Work on compliance-related matters, support audits and consolidate reports and findings. Support to follow up on closures.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Facilities Management, Project Management, Real Estate, Engineering, Business Management or related courses.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel Macro, and/or programming.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong and independent learner.
- Comfortable with learning new technology, software, and tools.
