The Role

Intern, Property Management (Policy & Compliance)

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the team to work on Facilities Management projects for ongoing improvements on
  1. Facility Management Software/System (requirements gathering/POC)
  2. I-auditor
  • Conduct site surveys and interviews with relevant stakeholders for gathering of requirements.
  • Data preparation, entry and analysis for management reporting.
  • Facilitate trials and Proof of Concepts.
  • Assist the team to conduct market study, design and facilitate group initiatives, and work on proposals/presentations.
  • Work on compliance-related matters, support audits and consolidate reports and findings. Support to follow up on closures.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Facilities Management, Project Management, Real Estate, Engineering, Business Management or related courses.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel Macro, and/or programming.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong and independent learner. 
  • Comfortable with learning new technology, software, and tools.
