Intern, Student Housing

Job Role:
The candidate will assist the Student Housing investment and portfolio management team in Power BI dashboards development, market research and data analysis for investments and syndications.
 

Job Responsibilities:
•    Collaborate closely with the investment and portfolio management team on dashboard development and data visualisation using Power BI.
•    Conduct comprehensive market research and analyse industry trends to support investment decisions.
•    Perform detailed data analysis for investment opportunities and syndications.
•    Support the preparation and maintenance of internal and external reports.

Job Requirements:
•    Undergraduate in Real Estate, Data Analytics, Finance or a related field. Candidates with overlapping educational backgrounds in both real estate / finance and data analytics are highly valued.
•    Proficient in Power BI and data visualisation techniques.
•    Detail-oriented with the ability to manage large datasets and extract meaningful information.
•    Strong analytical and research skills.
•    Ability to analyse market trends and provide actionable insights.
•    Proactive and resourceful with a genuine interest in the real estate investment industry.
