The Role

 

This role requires a SuccessFactors professional who can design, implement and deploy SuccessFactors human resources solutions for Employee Central, Employee Central Timeoff, Learning Management and Reporting. Knowledge of other modules like Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals Management, CPI and Concur.

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Project Management: Lead or assist in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with HR and business leaders to gather and document HR requirements
  • Configuration: Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules to align with client-specific HR processes and policies
  • Data Migration: Manage data migration activities, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of HR data into SuccessFactors
  • Testing: Develop and execute test plans and scripts, conduct system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Training: Provide training to end-users, HR teams, and administrators on how to effectively use SuccessFactors modules
  • Integration: Ensure successful integration of SuccessFactors with other HR systems, such as payroll and timekeeping systems
  • Support: Offer post-implementation support, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, and assist with system upgrades and enhancements respecting timelines/SLA.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including configuration guides and user manuals
  • Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with SAP SuccessFactors updates and best practices, advising clients on industry trends and how to leverage new features

Job Requirements

 

  • Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experiences with 2 SuccessFactors SDLC implementations. 
  • Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors system configuration, HR processes/workflow, local/global statutory reporting and audit requirements.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to handle multiple priorities/projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Chinese language is required to engage China stakeholder teams.
  • Responsible and organized individual with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates with regional project management will have an added advantage.
