Manager, Investor Relations & Marketing Communications, Logistics (Based in Singapore)

The Role

This position will be responsible for managing communication between a company’s corporate management and the investors.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute investor relations programmes to facilitate communication and build constructive relationships with the investment community, media and other stakeholders.
• Manage production of investor relations materials, including annual reports, unitholder circulars, announcements, press releases, presentations and website content.
• Manage investor and analyst engagement events such as AGM, analyst briefings, investor conferences and roadshows.
• Keep abreast of developments in the REITs and real estate sectors to provide insights on  market activities, trends, competitive landscape, shareholder and ESG related issues.
• Manage production of the REIT’s annual sustainability report in accordance with SGX reporting requirements.
• Track and review major ESG ratings, manage and enhance the REIT’s corporate image and reputation.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or Communications.
• Preferably with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Familiarity with the real estate industry and exposure to equity capital markets and/or a strong grasp of finance will be a distinct advantage.
• Pro-active, customer-focused, a good team player and independent in working in a fast-paced environment.
• Required to obtain the CMFAS license.
