The Role

 

This position provides assistance to the Group Property Management, Central Procurement (CP) Team who is responsible for the procurement of property management services across various Mapletree entities within the Group.  The person will work closely with the CP Team, internal stakeholders and external stakeholders in completing procurement related tasks. 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Contract administration duties including tracking, collection, review and return of Post Contract documents such as insurances, Security Deposit / Banker’s Guarantee, etc.
  • Assist the CP team with procurement activities for award of contracts where necessary
  • Work with various stakeholders for the completion of annual credit risk monitoring for key Contracts
  • Catalogue administrator for Guided Buying module in SAP Ariba e-procurement system
  • Document control including maintenance of files, contract documents, uploading of documents into company intranet and submission of contract index archive to Legal Department
  • Assist with annual departmental exercise via budgeting tool (BPC/ Targetik)
  • Provide administrative duties within the department including arrangement of meetings, booking of facilities and minutes taking, managing access rights to shared folders etc
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned  

Job Requirements

 

  • GCE A Levels or Diploma (in any discipline) from a local recognized Polytechnic
  • At least 3 years of working experience, preferably with experience in procurement related roles
  • Preferably with proficiency in SAP Ariba or equivalent e-procurement systems
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Meticulous, organized and resourceful
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
