The Role


You will be part of the team to enhance shoppers' experiences through good customer service at VivoCity.

Job Responsibilities


  • Providing mall concierge services
  • Attending to shoppers’ queries
  • Assisting customers in loyalty programmes and mall redemption programmes
  • Processing the sale of Mapletree shopping vouchers
  • Encourage and influence good service mindset in the CS team and affirm positive behavior.
  • Work closely with the Executive, Customer Service and to ensure check and balance of all premiums and/or vouchers issued to the department; and manage the sales of vouchers.
  • Conduct service, grooming and housekeeping audit checks on staff and Customer Service Counters.
  • You will attend and respond to feedback received across all platforms within the stipulated timeframe; and liaise with tenants on acceptance of mall vouchers

Job Requirements


  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a retail or hospitality industry
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Required to work on a 6-day work week, with 3 rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays
