Senior / Exec, Investment & Asset Mgt, Student Housing (Based in Singapore)

The Role

You will be assisting in the execution and formulation of portfolio management strategies and analyzing trends for our global student housing real estate business.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with overseas offices to formulate and execute business plans with an objective to maximise portfolio returns. This includes providing support in preparation of annual budgets and forecasts at asset and portfolio levels and monitoring of financial performance.
• Coordinate and consolidate reporting inputs from overseas offices and various support teams for management and board meetings.
• Gather and manage market intelligence and database, collate and analyse global market / industry information.
• Review operation processes and procedures within the business unit to improve efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
• Assist in formulating and executing potential syndication and divestment strategies which entails cashflow modelling and scenario analysis.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate / Building / Business / Finance or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in asset or portfolio management.
• Possess good business and financial acumen
• Experienced in using Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint. Experience in PowerBI is an advantage.
• Team player with strong communication skills, meticulous, numeric and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
