The Role

 

This position will be part of the Compensation and Benefits team where you will support the Group, Country and REITs’ rewards programs in administering, evaluating and enhancing compensation programs in accordance with Company philosophy, statutory requirements and regulations, and to ensure competitiveness.

Job Responsibilities

Compensation

  • Support the salary, bonus and share plans review and recalibration cycles. 
  • Analyze internal and market data pertaining to the compensation programs.
  • Participate in salary and benefits benchmarking surveys, analyze survey results and recommend relevant salary structure and benefits changes to maintain market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Support the annual performance reviews, annual increment and group variable bonus exercise, promotions, and its related communications.
  • Handle ad hoc projects assigned from time to time, including but not limited to statutory and other industry surveys

 

Benefits

  • Manage end-to-end benefits processes to ensure operational efficiency and compliance to local regulations.
  • Advise and support HR Business Partners and employees on benefits and medical related matters.
  • Collaborate with external vendors such as brokers and consultants. 
  • Develop budget assumptions from analysis of complex data. 

Job Requirements

 

  • Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a compensation & benefits role, preferably in a Temasek-Linked Company or multi-national company.
  • Meticulous, numerically inclined with a keen analytical ability and excellent Microsoft software skills.
  • Good communication and written skills and strong project coordination skills.
  • A team player with the willingness to learn, highly organised, accountable, resourceful and independent. 
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, mature, responsible and possess initiative.
