Senior Executive, Investment (Europe) (Based in Singapore)

The Role

This position will primarily be involved in the Group’s investment activities, including asset acquisitions and divestments, development projects as well as M&A across United Kingdom and Europe.

Job Responsibilities

• Involve in transactions from end-to-end, including research, deal evaluation and structuring, financial analysis (including financial modelling), deal execution and fund syndication.
• Supporting the business unit on potential divestments and capital recycling initiatives across existing logistics and commercial funds with a focus on United Kingdom and Europe.
• Manage market intelligence, collate and analyse global market / industry information.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in real estate investment and asset management.
• Resourceful, while possessing good business and financial acumen. Has an analytical mind and proficiency in financial modeling. Modelling experience with Argus Enterprise will be an added advantage. 
• Team player with good initiative while being able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience working in a multi-cultural environment across various time zones will be helpful.
• Overseas travelling may be required for this role.
