The Role

 

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team under Procurement & Contracts. This position is open to both experienced professionals and fresh graduates who are quick learners with a strong work ethic.You will play a key role in supporting the department’s operations, including space and facilities management, procurement administration, contract management, and related project execution for the corporate offices.

Job Responsibilities

Procurement & Contracts Section

  • Prepare procurement specifications for general services, CRE needs, and ad-hoc Alteration & Addition (A&A) projects.
  • Raise and monitor work orders to ensure timely task completion.
  • Assist in managing department assets, including regular asset verification and record maintenance.
  • Administer vendor contracts, manage procurement documentation, and support financial forecasting and budget tracking.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement and contract activities align with operational needs.
  • Support Business Continuity Plan (BCP) initiatives and fire safety programmes. 
  • Respond to feedback and service-related complaints promptly. 
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and provide support to other departmental functions (e.g., Office Administration) when needed.

Job Requirements

 

  • Degree in Business Administration, Building Services, Engineering or Facilities Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred.  Fresh graduates with a willingness to learn and strong adaptability are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for all applicants, SAP will be an advantage for Procurement & Contract applicants.
  • Knowledge in building services and M&E systems
  • Basic understanding of building systems including physical security
  • Detail-oriented, with good planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and communication.
  • Able to adapt to frequent shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
