The Role
You will lead a team to drive the planning and administration of all talent management, leadership development and team effectiveness programmes and practices for the Group.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and execute the Group’s Leadership Development strategy and initiatives globally to help achieve business objectives.
- Design, develop and deliver learning and development programmes and practices through team building and other learning initiatives.
- Develop processes, provide regular Learning and Development updates, data analysis and measurements, and recommendations.
- Recommend appropriate solutions and delivery methods to optimise knowledge transfer, and work with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify and define target audiences’ learning needs.
- Develop training materials, modes of assessments, maintain training documentations, and build digital content.
- Drive global talent management initiatives organisation-wide to enhance employee experience, succession planning, leadership and talent development to meet business and manpower needs.
- Oversee the management of all talent-related programmes and champions the individual development of focused managers, supervisors and emerging leaders.
- Maintain and review talent management related policies and procedures ,with regular review of the global talent framework.
- Support and facilitate the roll-out of global and functional talent reviews through talent identification and by partnering key stakeholders in succession planning for organisation continuity.
- Project manage the employee experience journey and work with business partners to drive engagement activities.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
- At least 10 years of relevant talent and organisation development experience.
- Proficient with MS office and Learning Management Systems.
- Articulate and confident in conducting / facilitating training to a large audience.
- Possess strong planning, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong project management, organisational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated orientation to understanding the business and business strategy, with the ability to apply talent management tools to support business objectives.
- Demonstrated personal drive and sense of urgency, leading self and others for results.
