The Role
You will lead the Talent Acquisition team to build and support the business’ talent requirements within the Group. You will be a strategic partner to the business, working closely with hiring managers to identify, attract and hire talents with the objective of building a strong current and future talent pipeline. You will play a key role in driving our growth strategy by building a high-performing team across the Group.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and drive comprehensive recruitment strategies and practices globally, advice and partner the business to reach recruiting goals across all functions and business units.
- Identify areas of talent needs and help create strategic plans designed based on talent market intelligence to meet hiring goals.
- Oversee the building and maintenance of a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with HR business partners, onshore HR teams, hiring managers, and external search consultants.
- Share recruiting knowledge on local markets, talent pool and recruitment trends with stakeholders.
- Drive talent acquisition initiatives to stay ahead of recruitment trends and technology.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening of candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Utilise recruitment data to track recruitment effectiveness, bring about transparency in hiring status, identify areas for improvement, optimize the recruitment process and generate recruitment insights to help drive decision making.
- Enhance and contribute to recruiting best practices across the hiring life cycle.
- Enhance the organization's reputation through marketing and branding initiatives and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Ensure compliance with legal hiring requirements and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities for audit purposes.
Job Requirements
- Degree with at least 10 years of in-depth and broad global talent acquisition experience, and 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, good business acumen, strong negotiation and networking skills
- Able to demonstrate leadership and team management skills, capable of inspiring and motivating a team to achieve recruitment goals.
