The Role
This position will be responsible for the daily soft services operations and maintenance of a building for industrial properties.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily facility management operations and maintenance of properties.
- Manage service providers on maintenance works and obtaining quotations for maintenance / improvement works.
- Attend to tenants’ feedbacks and liaise with tenants to maintain good tenant-landlord relationship.
- Facilitate in the handing over / taking over of premises from tenants.
- Processing & monitoring of tenant’s fitting out works
- Walk the ground regularly to inspect condition of the properties and to highlight any works to be done where appropriate.
- Carry out forecasting, budgeting and accrual
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Building, Facilities Management or a related discipline.
- Possess knowledge of potential work hazards, safety procedures and public safety matters.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Experience working with SAP will be an added advantage.
- Meticulous, organized and able to multi-task with an understanding of building services.
- Flexible with location - May be rotated/posted to different locations across Singapore.
