Senior Technician, Logistics (Based in Jurong, Singapore)

The Role

This position will be a member of the Engineering / Building team responsible for maintaining, repairing and servicing building engineering services.

Job Responsibilities

• Involved in the coordination, inspection and monitoring of term contractors works, inspection of contractors’ works, inspection of properties, tenants fit-out and reinstatement works and assisting in handling of tenants’ requests or feedback.
• Involved in the maintenance / supervision of mechanical and electrical, plumbing & sanitary systems, amenities, fittings and fixtures of properties.
• Involved in administrative work such as quotation, tabulations and generating defect inspection reports.
• Schedule preventive maintenance, corrective work orders, budgeting using Systems.

Job Requirements

• Higher / NITEC in Facility Technology (Mechanical & Electrical Services), Facility Management or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experiences in building management and Mechanical and Electrical systems.
• Possess experience in painting, masonry, carpentry and ironmongery works will have an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
• Possess good interpersonal skills, the ability to handle difficult situations and works well in a fast-paced environment.
• Required to Saturdays and Public Holidays (if applicable).
