The Role
This position will be responsible for pursuing and evaluating business opportunities, formulating and executing asset management strategies and plans.
Job Responsibilities
- Review annual budgets and update regular asset management reports which cover the financial performance of the asset, leasing status, and rental collection to align with five-year plan.
- Work closely with the Property Manager to ensure that the asset is properly maintained, managed and compliant with regulations while building strong relationships with customers and coordinating with external parties like government authorities, brokers, etc.
- Build and maintain good relationships with tenants of the portfolio
- Responsible for the overall positioning of assets as well as the enhancement of cashflow and asset value.
- Implement and manage development projects as per development plan
- Support investment transactions including research, deal evaluation and structuring, financial analysis (including financial modelling) and deal execution.
- Support growth of the real estate portfolio and business opportunities by building relationships with parties in the market.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance, Engineering or its equivalent.
- Nearly 5 years of experience in asset management and/or investment.
- Familiarity with real estate markets.
- Resourceful, have an analytical mind and proficiency in financial modeling.
- Good teamwork, strong initiative, good business and financial acumen, and great independence in working in a fast-paced environment.
