Manager, Treasury, Japan

The Role

• This position will be part of the Group Treasury team responsible for a broad range of treasury functions and treasury related matters in Japan including cash and loan management, banking structure and relations and negotiations

Job Responsibilities

• Manage cash and loan, bank relations and compliance, interest rate hedging requirements for TKGK and TMK structure in Japan.
• Assist in any bank financing or fund raising projects related to Japan
• Track all fund requirements for Japan, prepare cash flow budget / forecast and provide treasury support whenever required, for the Mapletree Group’s investment and divestment activities in Japan
• Oversee cash position by preparing cash forecasts and cash flow analysis, investment team banking, daily operational banking functions, prepare cash reporting to the management.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognised University.
• 5-8 years of relevant treasury working experience, preferably in a corporate organisation.
• Familiar with the loan / ISDA documentation and basic financial analysis /modelling.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office with MS Excel skills.
• Other key attributes include good communications skills and teamwork.
