Senior Administrative Assistant, Japan
The Role
This position will provide administrative support to the PM Team in theGroup.
Job Responsibilities
- Support overall Property Management work include the bellows;
- Invoice issuance related business
- PM report creation work
- Ordering work such as repair work (in-house office work procedures such as order form creation / issuance)
- Expense payment application related business
- Monthly Report creation assistance
- Other simple document creation work
- Filing (building-related materials, various contracts, reports, in-house documents, etc.)
- General affairs (meeting arrangements, motorcycle courier arrangements, visitor / telephone correspondence, copying, PDF creation and storage, Arrangement of staff business trip, etc.)
Job Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience.
- English (preferable) and strong analytical skills are preferred
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
