The Role

 

This position will provide administrative support to the PM Team in theGroup.

Job Responsibilities

 

  • プロパティマネージャーの下で下記業務のサポート。(Mapletreeのシステムを使用)
    ➢ 請求書発行関連業務
    ➢ 月次PMレポート作成補助業務
    ➢ 修繕工事等発注業務(注文書作成/発行等、社内事務手続き)
    ➢ 費用支払申請関連業務
    ➢ 社内経費精算業務
    ➢ その他簡単な書類作成業務
    ➢ ファイリング(建物関連資料、各種契約書、報告書、社内書類等、電子フィル含む。)
    ➢ 庶務(ミーティング手配・バイク便手配・来客・電話対応、コピー、PDF作成保管、スタッフの出張手配等)
    • Support overall Property Management work include the bellows. (Uses Mapletree's system)
    ➢ Invoice issuance related 1work
    ➢ Supporting of Monthly PM report creation work
    ➢ Ordering work such as repair, construction (in-house office work procedures such as order form creation / issuance)
    ➢ Expense payment application related business
    ➢ Other simple document creation work
    ➢ Filing (building-related materials, various contracts, reports, in-house documents, etc. including electric files)
    ➢ General affairs (meeting arrangements, motorcycle courier arrangements, visitor / telephone correspondence, copying, PDF creation and storage, Arrangement of staff business trip, etc.)

Job Requirements

• Word, Excel, Power Point実務経験
• 責任感があり、誰とでもコミュニケーションが図れ、心身共に健康な方
• 適宜残業にもご対応頂ける方(多くはありません)
• 英語のスキルがあれば尚可
