The Role
You will be assisting in maximizing rental and occupancy of the properties.
Job Responsibilities
- Formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s portfolio
- Securing new tenancies and liaising with property agents
- Identifying market segments and prospects
- Involving in lease management
- Other job responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business, Marketing.
- At least 4 to 6 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing in the same industry.
- Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.
- Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.
