Executive, Asset Management (Based in Fengyuan, China)

The Role

This position will support the Asset Management department to formulate and execute asset management strategies and plans for the real estate portfolio, including marketing strategies to optimise income and realise the highest value of our assets.

Job Responsibilities

• Preparing annual budgeting, monthly operating forecast, market study and other AM documents for assigned projects.
• Preparing various contracts or the other documents management.
• Maintaining good relationship with both internal business units and external suppliers/partners, supporting AM Manager to monitor on-site operations.
• Be involved in devise and implement effective marketing plans and control-related expenses to maximize Net Operating Income of projects.
• Be involved in modeling project cost/return analysis，reporting paper work and the exploration of residential investment opportunities in YRD region. 
• Performing administrative support such as setting up and maintenance of records and SAP systems
• Other job responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor

Job Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or any related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience. Familiarity with regional real estate market.
• Must be comfortable with numbers, proficiency in financial modeling.
• Ability to think out of the box. Good command of verbal and written English.
• Other key attributes include good teamwork spirit, strong initiative and great independence in working in a fast-paced environment.
