The Role

 

This position will be providing sales support for project Wakefield in Wuxi, China.

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for customer reception, sales and other work, to facilitate customer transaction, contract, pay on time.
  • In strict accordance with the sales process, seriously receive customers and provide them with warm services.
  • Accept customer opinions, deal with customer complaints, and report to superiors in time if there are any problems beyond the scope of authority.
  • Assist the property rights specialist and mortgage Specialist in following up the signing, mortgage, payment and house repossession of the clients.
  • Assisted the sales director and assistant to do a good job in various sales statistics, and carefully filled in various sales statistics forms.
  • Complete the work assigned by superiors in a conscientious and meticulous manner.
  • Providing high standard customer service, including customer dealing, property inspection, advisory and purchasing.
  • Working on after-sales service, relationship development and customer follow up.
  • Conducting promotion and customer development.
  • Be proactive in receiving market feedbacks and conducting routine analysis on customer data.
  • Using new media to promote the project and attract customers.

Job Requirements

 

  • Strong communication skill in the local language.
  • Highly responsible individual, with good team spirit, and able to take pressure at work.
  • Warm, cheerful and sincere personality with quick thinking and clear-minded attributes.
  • Diploma degree or above.
  • Be passionate about real estate industry with 2 years of experience in residential sales, sales star is highly preferred.
  • Have outstanding sales skills and customer persuasiveness.
  • Be familiar with local residential projects, home purchasing and loan related policies.
  • Hardworking, optimistic and honest, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Be a team player and able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
