The Role
You will be leading the team to manage property management related activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Property Management staff to manage a portfolio of warehouse properties and tenants.
- Manage and oversee the performance of service providers at the respective properties.
- Plan, budget and control operating expenses as well as improvement works.
- Supervise arrear management processes for the portfolio.
- Other jobs assigned by Supervisor
Job Requirements
- Degree holder
- At least 8 years’ working experience in property management, in particular being involved in managing a portfolio of properties
- Certified FSM preferred
- Good command of both Mandarin & English
- Engineering background is a plus
