The Role
You will be responsible for leasing of the properties within the Company's portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
· Supporting and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company's portfolio.
· Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
· Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
· Maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects.
Job Requirements
· Degree in Real Estate, Estate Management, Building or Business Marketing.
· 1 to 3 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing of commercial offices.
· Possess quick learning ability and strong understanding of the real estate industry with some network of contacts.
· Willing to make cold calls, strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.
· Candidates who are registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possess qualifications equivalent to Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination will have added advantage.
· Candidates with relevant qualifications but without experiences may also be considered at Executive level.
