The Role

You will provide administrative support to the Retail Marketing and Lease Management departments.


Job Responsibilities

·       Prepare all notices, cover letter, letter of offers & lease related documents and oversee all issuance & receipt of all documents

·       Manage and track status of lease documentation including archival & retrieval of all lease documents

·       Sorting of emails in general mailbox, sending frank, mailing of letters executed legal documents and cheque to external lawyer for stamping

·       Arrange courier services, assisting in ordering corporate gift hampers and congratulatory stand to clients

·       Processing purchase requisition, purchase orders, invoices and bank-in daily cheques

·       Performing general administration duties such as scanning, photocopy, filing of documentations and minutes taking

·       Any other works and duties assigned by the supervisor


Job Requirements

·       NITEC, GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma

·       3 years of administrative experiences

·       Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines

·       Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skill

·       Proficient in MS Office
