The Role


You will be part of the team to enhance shoppers' experiences through good customer service at VivoCity.


Job Responsibilities


·       Providing mall concierge services

·       Attending to shoppers’ queries

·       Assisting customers in loyalty programmes and mall redemption programmes

·       Processing the sale of Mapletree shopping vouchers

·       Encourage and influence good service mindset in the CS team and affirm positive behavior.

·       Work closely with the Executive, Customer Service to ensure check and balance of all premiums and/or vouchers issued to the department; and manage the sales of vouchers.

·       You will attend and respond to feedback received across all platforms within the stipulated timeframe; and liaise with tenants on acceptance of mall vouchers


Job Requirements


·       Minimum NITEC or GCE ‘N’ Levels.

·       At least 1 year of relevant experience in a Retail, Hospitality or Healthcare industry

·       Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·       Required to work on a 6-day work week, with 3 rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays
