Executive, Technical Services (Sustainability)

The Role

This position will play a crucial role in assisting the Technical Services team to support a portfolio of logistics properties. You will be actively involved in the implementation of various sustainability initiatives, ensuring that our operations align with environmental goals and standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement the Environmental Data Management System across 9 countries.
• Conduct net zero baseline studies, prepare Scope 3 carbon emission reports for the Sustainability Report, and ensure alignment with sustainability objectives.
• Monitor and mitigate physical and transitional risk associated with logistics assets.
• Oversee third-party audits of the sustainability report and environmental data.
• Facilitate the migration to a new Integrated Facilities Management System for all 9 countries.
• Compile and analyse portfolio sustainability performance trends.
• Propose, plan and coordinate capital asset enhancement/upgrade projects, and tenant improvement works.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in data analytics with a focus on sustainability.
• Provide support to ESG and Digital transformation initiatives within the portfolio.
• Experience in building automation system would be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (including Power BI), and familiarity with SAP is an added advantage. 
• Possess good interpersonal and problem-solving skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Fresh graduates may be considered for this role.
