The Role

 

This position will manage the review, approval, handover, and execution of interior fit-out for clients, ensuring compliance with Mapletree guidelines, safety standards, and timely project delivery. The candidate will be involved in design coordination, site management, technical negotiations, and documentation processes across various phases of fit-out projects.

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Act as the primary liaison for tenants and clients, ensuring responsive communication and alignment with service expectations.
  • Review of client interior Fit-Out Drawings as per Mapletree guidelines.
  • Coordinate with consultants, Development Management, and the Technical / PM team for drawing reviews and approvals as required.
  • Ensure that all received approvals are reviewed and shared with the client within the agreed-upon timeframe.
  • Handing / takeover from clients and execution of interior Fit-outs for Clients
  • Lead daily operations of soft services, ensuring consistent quality and client satisfaction.
  • Strategically plan and manage property services, common area upkeep, and support functions.
  • Design, BOQ, and execution of common area and Mapletree fit-outs
  • Conduct regular inspections to assess service adequacy, safety protocols, and maintenance needs.
  • Oversee housekeeping and pantry services, ensuring adherence to SOPs and defined standards.
  • Train and brief staff on operational procedures and service benchmarks.
  • Manage tenant relationships and align service delivery with client expectations.
  • Develop site-specific housekeeping schedules and eco-friendly initiatives.
  • Analyze complaints and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of landscape upkeep across the property, ensuring consistent quality, health, and visual appeal of green spaces.
  • Prepares and manage annual budget for submission.

Job Requirements

 

  • Degree in Building Maintenance, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experiences in property management, conversant with local building codes and regulations.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive individual with expertise in managing fit-out projects from initiation to completion whilst ensuring compliance with safety and design standards.
  • Possess sound knowledge of potential work hazards, safety procedures and public safety matters.
  • Possess good working knowledge of fit-out projects, landscape and operations
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Experience working with SAP will be an added advantage.
